This link will take you to an alphabetical list of printable coupons.
Along with these site, I think of any brand that I use and going to their websites, most of the time there are coupons available to either print or to sign up to receive in the mail.
Electronic Coupons:
These are coupons you can "link" to your store cards (such as Albertsons, Fred Meyer, Safeway), to receive a discount instantly without having an actual paper coupon.
The best part of these coupons is that you can use a paper coupon along with the e-coupon, to "double" your savings.
www.pgsaver.com (they also have free samples and coupon mailers)
Sites for Deals:
www.slickdeals.net This site has a lot of great deals on everything. Under the Drugstore forum, they have each week's deals for Walgreens and Rite Aid. Deal Scenarios aren't laid out as nicely as some other sites, so you'll have to figure some of it out yourself.
www.becentsable.net Go to National Store Deals (off to the left) from here, pick which store you want to find deals for and it will show various blogs that have deals posted. At the top is the becentsable's deals of the week. You can also go to the Grocery Gathering and find blogs that are specific to Oregon stores (Albertsons, Safeway, and Fred Meyer)
www.hotcouponworld.com Not my favorite, but it does a great job of dividing up stores by categories there are forums for every store you could possibly think of. Another great feature is the Coupon Database. I use this to find where coupons for certain items are, rather than flipping through my book of inserts I have.
Where I Get Coupons:
Every week I buy 2 papers on Sunday. The Medford Mail Tribune and the Oregonian. They both have the same coupon inserts in them (depending on the week Smart Source, Redplum, P&G), but the Oregonian's inserts usually have more coupons in some of the inserts.
Along with following deals on these websites and printing out the coupons. Most of the time, someone has posted the ads weeks in advance. From here you can figure out what coupons you need to find or need to print. On a lot of these sites they make it really easy and guide you right to where you can get the coupons, by either printing them or finding them in an insert.
